REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitaiki Lot 30A No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 19th day of June, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Leslie Preece shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitaiki 29B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 19th day of June, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Rutene te Utauta shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Agnes Paterson shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to C. W. Fairweather shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to James Walker, jun., shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaroa No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Wednesday, the 13th day of June, 1917, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Paerau te Kani shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Te Iwingaro Kira and Harehare Ropipa shall be agreed to.”
