REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimanu 1F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga on Tuesday, the 26th day of June, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to W. G. Platt shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to A. L. Platt shall be agreed to.”
