Additional Land between Takanini and Runciman taken for
the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and Road-
diversion's in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-
Waikato Railway to take further land between Takinini and
Runciman, in addition to land previously acquired for the
purposes of the said railway, and to take land for road-
diversion's in connection therewith :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by
sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian

the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this ninth day of

Hokianga Railway to take further land in Kawakawa
Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for
the purposes of the said railway :

in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me
by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight
