of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Mangaoronga Survey District Road
(access to Sections 14 and 15, Block IX), in the Auckland Land
District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with
the Hangatiki-Mangawhero Road, and proceeding thence
generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through
Sections 13 and 14, Block IX, Mangaoronga Survey District,
to a point opposite the north-western corner of Section 15,
Block IX, Mangaoronga Survey District; being a distance
of one mile, more or less. As the said portion of road is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
41581, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured red.

Declaring Domain Street and Prospect Terrace (Pleasant
Terrace), in the Whangamomona County, to be County
Roads.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twelfth
day of March, 1917.

Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become county
roads.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona
County, known as Domain Street, commencing at its junction
with Γ•hura Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly
direction, adjoining Section 25, Block I, Mahoe Survey
District, and terminating at the south-western corner of the
said Section 25; being a distance of twelve chains, more or
less.

Also all that road, in the said land district and county,
known as Prospect Terrace (Pleasant Terrace), commencing
at its junction with Ohura Road, and proceeding thence
generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing
through Town Reserve, Block I, Mahoe Survey District, and
terminating at the south-western corner of Section 15, Block I,
aforesaid; being a distance of forty-one chains, more or less.

As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 41899, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Makarakia Road, in the Clifton County,
to be a County Road.

south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing
through Sections 2, 3, 4, and 6, Block XIII, Mimi Survey
District, and terminating at its junction with Mangatuna
Road; being a distance of 120 chains, more or less. As the
said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 41913, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Waioeka River Main Road, in the
Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of the Waioeka River main road, in the Auck-
land Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at a point
near the north-western corner of Section 1, Block XV, Waioeka
Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-
easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 1
and 3 (bush reserve), Block XV, Waioeka Survey District,
Section 1, Block XII, Waioeka Survey District, and Sec-
tions 1 and part 34, Block XVI, Waioeka Survey District,
and terminating at its junction with the Opato Road, a point
on the south-western boundary of said Section 3A; being a
distance of five miles and a half, more or less. As the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 41911, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial
District, and thereon coloured red.
