boundary of Section 3A, Block XVI, Waioeka Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 3A and part 14, Block XVI, Waioeka Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Mangonuku Road, at a point on the southern boundary of said Section 14; being a distance of five miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41912, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a Government road: 1 rood 21Β·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Block II, Eskdale C.G.
District, Block XII, Puketapu Survey District.
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41831, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
