Crown Lands set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers,
under Ordinary Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of
Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same are hereby set apart for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

and IV, Mahia Survey District, Wairoa County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land de-
scribed in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Wairoa
County Council, being the local authority in whose district
the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in
Mahia Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as afore-
said, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the
road described in the First Schedule hereto.

section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur Wil-
liam de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consents of the owner, lessee, and mortgagee of the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Southland
County Council, being the local authority in whose district
the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in
Toetoes Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as afore-
said, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the
road described in the First Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
1 acre 3 roods 36·3 perches.
Portion of Section 6.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 0 roods
28 perches.

All in the Southland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43339,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
