Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukitapu A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at New Plymouth on Wednesday, the 19th day of December, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to T. H. Western at the price of £10 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ouri 1E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at New Plymouth on Wednesday, the 19th day of December, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Pohe Tito for the sum of £30 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetoa, or Block XIII, Wairoa, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Monday, the 17th day of December, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Edith Vera Blake Brewer at or for the price or sum of £20 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Arahaunui 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Monday, the 17th day of December, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Henry Gilmore, of Kaimanuka, blacksmith, for the sum of £5 per acre; or, in the alternative
“ That the land be leased to Henry Gilmore, of Kaimanuka, blacksmith, for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 5s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and for the second twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the amount of the Government unimproved value in the year 1938.”

“ That the land be leased to Henry Gilmore, of Kaimanuka, blacksmith, for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 5s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and for the second twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the amount of the Government unimproved value in the year 1938.”

“ That the said block of land be leased to Tahu Paetaha, of Pipiriki, for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation of the said land, not being less than 1s. per acre.”
