SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO WIND UP.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the OPUNAKE SAWMILLING COMPANY (LIMITED).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Wellington on the 16th day of May, 1917, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Wellington on the 12th day of June, 1917, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of such winding-up.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting Messrs. F. W. VARE, W. H. ROSE, and A. T. BATE were appointed Liquidators for the purpose of winding-up.
