Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukehuia No. 2c No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Friday, the 16th day of November, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to John Whitefield, the younger, for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairoa C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Saturday, the 17th day of November, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to W. B. Gieson at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for a term of twenty-one years, with the right of renewal for a further twenty-one years.”

Dated at Auckland this 20th day of October, 1917.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiwhatawhata 1a No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Friday, the 16th day of November, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Thomas William Hanlon and John Jamieson for a term of forty years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum.”
