REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukeroa-Hangatiki 4c 2d No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 24th day of October, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That all millable timber on the land be sold to Henry Parkes and Alexander Parkes at the price of 1s. per 100 superficial feet.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Piha No. 2, Section 6, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 24th day of October, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That all millable timber on the land be sold to Henry Parkes and Alexander Parkes at the price of 1s. per 100 superficial feet.”

“ That the land be sold to Clement Bartley and Graham Clement Bartley for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Alfred William Jones for the sum of £3 per acre.”

“ That the land be leased to Robert Campbell for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 6s. per acre during the remaining twenty-five years.”

“ That the land be leased to Ada Grace Potts for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 9d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. 6d. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ (1.) That the land be leased to Donald Stewart for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 6s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to Donald Stewart for the sum of £3 per acre.”
