Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 67B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 23rd day of October, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the residue of the land, containing 2,000 acres, be sold to John Thomas Tuck for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 23rd day of October, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Joseph Coogan for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of £11 1s.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South N No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 23rd day of October, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the residue of the block, containing 366 acres, be leased to Alexander Bell for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 4s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.”
