Declaring Land in the Auckland Land District to be subject
to the Land for Settlements Act, 1908.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion seventy-nine of the Land for Settlements Act,
1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the Land for
Settlements Act, 1908, and shall hereafter form part of the
Waari Settlement.

SCHEDULE.

ALL those areas of Crown land in the Auckland Land District,
as follows:-

Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby declare that the area of Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the
Land for Settlements Act, 1908, and shall hereafter form
part of the Galloway Settlement.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by
admeasurement 69 acres 0 roods 37 perches, more or less, and
comprising Section 56, Block VI, Tiger Hill Survey District,
Sections 100, 101, and part Sections 92 and 93, Block VIII,
Leaning Rock Survey District.

General, this fourteenth day of September, one

Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the
Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby appoint Thursday, the twenty-ninth day
of November, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, as
the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto
shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the
prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those men-
tioned in the said Schedule hereto.
