Vesting Reserves in the Hawke's Bay Rivers Board.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, 1917.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been permanently reserved for the improvement and protection of the Tukituki River: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Hawke's Bay Rivers Board :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Hawke's Bay Rivers Board in trust for the improvement and protection of the Tukituki River.

SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 111 acres 2 roods and 6 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections 307 and 308 (respectively), Clive Suburban, situated in Block III, Clive Survey District. As the same are more particularly described in a Warrant dated the 23rd day of June, 1917, published in Gazette of the 28th day of June, 1917, page 2524.

Wharepapa Road District, County of West Taupo, constituted.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, 1917.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of section twenty-seven of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1916, a petition, signed by not less than two-thirds of the occupiers within the meaning of the Rating Act, 1908, of land within the area described in the Schedule hereto, has been presented to the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the said area be constituted a road district under the provisions of the said section:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section twenty-seven of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1916, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a road district for the purposes of the Road Boards Act, 1908, and to be called by the name of the "Wharepapa Road District"; and also, in further pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the said section twenty-seven, doth hereby declare that the Board of the said district shall consist of seven members.

WHAREPAPA ROAD DISTRICT.
ALL that area in West Taupo County bounded by a line along the Punio River from the crossing of the Main Trunk Railway line to the south-western boundary of Section 8, Block II, Wharepapa Survey District; along the south-
