0 0 1·2 Portion of Section 17 (Crown land) in Block XIII, Rotorua Survey District; coloured purple.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/506, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. (Auckland Plan 18514, blue.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.


SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Motatau Additional and Extension No. 3 Block.
SECTIONS 31, 32, and 33, Block VIII, and Sections 6 and 7, Block XII, Motatau Survey District; and Sections 107 and 108, Block V, Hukerenui Survey District: Area, 2,290 acres 1 rood.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/102, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twelfth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 374 of the Native Land Act, 1909.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and seventy-four of the Native Land Act, 1909 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, the Governor may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three hundred and seventy-four of the said Act, and by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.


SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of Otorohanga T No. 2c Block, situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District. Bounded towards the west and north by other part of Otorohanga T No. 2c, on the east by part of Otorohanga T No. 2a, and on the south by Section 14a, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District. As the same is delineated on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland, and numbered 11892.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
