Crown (National Endowment) Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown (national endowment) land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Southland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 acres 0 roods 35 perches.
Portion of Section 26, Block II.
Coloured on plan: Red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 26·5 perches.
Adjoining Section 9, Block VII, and Section 26, Block II.
Coloured on plan: Green.
All situated in Otara Survey District.
All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/519, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessee and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Wallace County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 4·1 perches.
Portion of Section 18, Ermedale Settlement, Block XIII, Jacob’s River Hundred.
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19408/65, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
