Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Richmond Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of August, 1917.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council, dated the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Richmond Domain, and doth hereby appoint
THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL
to be the Richmond Domain Board, having, subject to the said Act, control of the Richmond Domain described in the Schedule hereto; and also doth hereby appoint Monday, the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at 7.30 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the City Council Chamber, Christchurch, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
RICHMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, being part of Rural Section No. 182, Blocks XI and XII, Christchurch Survey District, and bounded as follows: Eastward by Lots 27 and 28, D.P. 2782, 852·5 links; southward by Lots 8 and 14 of the said deposited plan, 871 links; westward by a road-line, and also by Lots 34, 35, and 36, 845 links; and northward by Lots 29, 30, and 33 of the said deposited plan, 681 links, and being the whole of the land comprised in Deeds Register 103, folio 6. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1/272, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Darfield Domain, and doth hereby appoint

to be the Darfield Domain Board, having the control of the domain described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Darfield, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
DARFIELD DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being reserve numbered 2635, situated in Block VII, Hawkins Survey District. Bounded towards the south-east by Maxwell Street, 1050 links; towards the south-west by Railway Terrace (north), 397·4 links and 815·4 links; towards the north-west by Section 11 of Reserve 1751, 1050 links; and towards the north-east by the continuation of Creyke Street (Horndon Township), 555 links and 137 links, to the point of commence-
ment: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/76, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

to be the Waihi Domain Board, having the control of the domain described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Waihi, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WAIHI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Lot 2 of Section 4, Block IV, Aroha Survey District, containing by admeasurement 91 acres 2 roods 9 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and again towards the north-west by Lot 1 of Section 4 aforesaid, 1497·3, 1737·7, and 1270·6 links respectively; again towards the north-east by Section 26 of Block IV, Aroha Survey District, 2366·1 links; towards the south-east by Section 32 of the aforesaid Block IV, 2768 links; and towards the south-west by the Tauranga Road, 4333·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. 1/228, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 19598.)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a district road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL the portions of the South Road and the Maungaturoto to Cove via Rowsell’s, situated in the Waipu Road District, Whangarei County, Auckland Land District. Commencing at its junction with the Waipu Cove Road, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 50, 25, 26, 43, 333, Block III; Section 129, Blocks III and VI; Section 35, Waipu Kauri-gum Reserve, Sections 266, 119, 123, 122, 390, 388, 365, 341, 366, 364, 381, Block VI; and Sections 350, 350A, and 7, Block X, Waipu Parish, Waipu Survey District, to the southern boundary of the last-named section: being a distance of eight miles,
