Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manaia on Tuesday, the 18th day of September, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be leased to Hubert James Eaves, of Otakeho, storekeeper, for a space of twenty years at an annual rental of £1 2s. 6d. per acre for the first ten years, and at an annual rental equivalent to £5 per cent. on the then Government unimproved value of the said land for the remaining ten years of the said term. Such lease to contain the usual farming covenants.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of (part) Ohotu 7B No. 2, Lots 2 and 3 (1,553 acres 1 rood and 1,805 acres 1 rood 23 perches), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 30th day of August, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to John Nicholas Kennedy, of Karioi, farmer, for the sum of £5,125 14s. 6d. and £5,649 8s. 5d.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of (part) Ohotu 7B No. 2, Lot 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 30th day of August, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to James Thomas Kennedy, of Karioi, farmer, for the sum of £6,119 8s.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngatitu No. 14 Block, Block II, Waimate Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manaia on Tuesday, the 18th day of September, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land be sold to Te Iwi Hekenui at the amount of the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A No. 12 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 30th day of August, 1917, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to William Coffin, of Wanganui, farmer, at a price equal to £2 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otakapou No. 2, Block V, Rangitoto Survey District, containing 97 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 30th day of August, 1917, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the following proposed alienation of the land shall be agreed to; sale to Mary Homes Ledlie Simpson, wife of William John Simpson, of Heaton Park, farmer, at £3 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungakaretu 5B 2B No. 1, Block VI, Maungakaretu Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 30th day of August, 1917, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Eliza Catherine Collier, of Wanganui, married woman, for the sum of £5 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahuahu, Block F 2B, Block VI, Tauakira Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 30th day of August, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That this block, containing 724 acres, be sold to Gifford Nott Monk, of Wanganui River, farmer, at the price of the Government valuation of the owners’ interest in the said land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaitangata 12F Block, Block VII, Waipakura Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 30th day of August, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land, containing 493 acres 3 roods 39 perches, be sold to Donald Ross for the amount of the Government valuation of the owners’ interest in the said piece of land.”
