Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaikou B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Monday, the 3rd day of September, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to W. J. Reed at the amount of the special Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaikou A 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Monday, the 3rd day of September, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to W. J. Reed at the amount of the special Government valuation.”

“That the said land be sold to W. J. Reed at the amount of the special Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairoa C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Saturday, the 1st day of September, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said block be sold to W. B. Gieson, of Dargaville, at £1 2s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 16 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 11th day of September, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to C. L. Dobson, of Kaikohe, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Punakitere 2B 7G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hikurangi on Friday, the 31st day of August, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to George Elliot at Government valuation or the sum of £2 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohuia No. 1 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Friday, the 24th day of August, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That part of the Ohuia No. 1 Block, containing 713 acres, and leased to William Lyon Pratt Hamlin, of Wairoa, sheep farmer, be sold to the said William Lyon Pratt Hamlin at a price equal to the present Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2c 2G Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Friday, the 24th day of August, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of the Nuhaka 2c 2G Block be granted to Maika Taruke and Ree Mataira for the term of twenty-one years at the yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation of the said land for the first ten years of the said term, and the yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved Government valuation of the said land for the last eleven years of the said term. The lessees holding as tenants in common in equal shares. Right to compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetoa, or Block XIII, Wairoa, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Saturday, the 8th day of September, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Edith Vera Blake at or for the price or sum of £20 per acre.”
