“ That the whole of the said land be leased to the Kau-pokonui Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited) for the term of forty-two years, subject to timber-cutting rights to the said company. Rental to be at 5 per cent. on the unimproved value thereof for twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value for the remaining twenty-one years, payable half-yearly. Usual covenants and conditions.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners Reureu No. 1, Subdivision 33, Rangitikei, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 5th day of September, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 154 acres 1 rood, be leased to H. Hartley, of Greatford, farmer, for the term of forty-two years, computed from the confirmation of the resolution by the Aotea District Maori Land Board, at the rent for the first twenty-one years of the term of 5 per cent. upon the value of the said land as fixed by a special Government valuation, and for the remaining twenty-one years of the term at a rent of 5 per cent. upon the unimproved value of the said land as disclosed by the Government valuation thereof extant upon the expiration of the first term of twenty-one years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 1, Subdivision 36, Rangitikei, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 5th day of September, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Henry Martin Downs, of Rata, farmer, for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of £5 per cent. on the Government valuation of the said land for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to £5 per cent. on the then Government unimproved value of the said land for the second term of twenty-one years. Such lease to contain the usual farming covenants.”
