REGULATION.
THE Borough of Greytown is hereby declared to be a district within which, after six months from the date of the coming into force of this regulation, all sanitary plumbing shall be done by a person registered under the said Act.

Declaring Portion of the Waiata Track, in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this sixteenth day of January, 1917.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE JAMES ALLEN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Waiata Track, in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at the Waioeka River Bridge, on the eastern boundary of Section 4, Block XV, Waioeka Survey District, and continuing thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 4, Block XV, Waioeka Survey District, Section 9, Block XI, and part Section 2, Block X, Waioeka Survey District, and terminating at a point on the southern boundary of the said Section 2; being a distance of two miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41592, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Makakaho Road, in the Patea County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, in the Wellington Land District, Patea County, known as the Makakaho Road, commencing at a point five chains north of the boundary between Sections 3 and 2, Block III, Momahaki Survey District, thence proceeding generally in a northerly direction along part frontage of the said Section 2, and terminating at a point forty chains beyond the boundary of the said Sections 3 and 2, Block III, Momahaki Survey District; being a distance of thirty-five chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41607, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portions of Tokatoka Swamp Stopbank Roads, in the Otamatea County, to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this sixteenth day of January, 1917.

THE HONOURABLE JAMES ALLEN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road opposite Artesian Well Reserve, Ruawai, in the Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, commencing at the south-western corner of Section 51, Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Section 57, Artesian Well Reserve, and part Section 46, Block XV, aforesaid; being a distance of eight chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of Stopbank Road, in the said land district and county, commencing at the southern boundary of Section 53, Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 53, 52, 51, and 50, Block XVI aforesaid, to its junction with a public road on the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 50; being a distance of 1 mile 2 chains, more or less.
As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41569, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that portion of the Omaukoro Track, in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at a point near junction of Omaukoro Stream with Waioeka River, on the boundary between Blocks XII and XVI, Waioeka Survey District, and extending thence generally in a northerly direction along Omaukoro Stream, adjoining or passing through Section 1, Block XII, Waioeka Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundary between Sections 1 and 2, Block XII, Waioeka Survey District; being a distance of 3 miles 20 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41593, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
