A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Franklin County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Drury Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 0·33 perches.
Portion of Lots 28, 31, 29, and 30 of Section 5.
Coloured on plan: Pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods.
Adjoining Lots 32, 27, 31, and 28 of Section 5.
Coloured on plan: Green.
All situated in the Village of Papakura, Block IV, Drury Survey District (S.O. 19123).
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41542, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this sixteenth day of January, 1917.

THE HONOURABLE JAMES ALLEN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section sixteen of the Plumbers Registration Act, 1912 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following additional regulation under the said Act, and doth hereby declare that the regulation hereby made shall form part of and be read with the regulations made under the said Act on the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of May then instant, and shall come into force on the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
