Declaring Portion of Oponae Track, in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this sixteenth day of January, 1917.

Present:
THE HONOURABLE JAMES ALLEN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Oponae Track, in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at the Waioeka River Bridge, on the eastern boundary of Section 4, Block XV, Waioeka Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction along the Oponae Stream, adjoining or passing through Sections 4 and 5, Black XV, Waioeka Survey District, and terminating at a point on the western boundary of the said Section 5; being a distance of two miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41591, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Opotiki-Motu Road, in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Opotiki-Motu Road, situated in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at its junction with the Motu Falls—Whitikau Road, in Whitikau No. 3A Block, Block VII, Urutawa Survey District, and extending thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Whitikau No. 3A Block, Blocks VII and III, Urutawa Survey District, part Section 2, Block III, Urutawa Survey District, to Papanoa Reserve; being a distance of six miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41577, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Whitikau Track, in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of the Whitikau Track, in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at a point near the north-eastern corner of Section 5, Block IV, Urutawa Survey District, and continuing thence generally in a northerly, north-westerly, and south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 5, 3, and 4, Block IV, Urutawa Survey District, and part Section 6, Block III, Urutawa Survey District, and terminating at a point near the crossing of the Waituhuaruhe Stream in Section 6, Block III, Urutawa Survey District; being a distance of five miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41589, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Oliver Road, in the Waikohu County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this sixteenth day of January, 1917.

THE HONOURABLE JAMES ALLEN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Oliver Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Waikohu County, commencing at a point about two miles east of Rakauora on the boundaries of Sections 1 and 3, Block XV, Motu Survey District, and running thence generally in a southerly and then north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 3 and 2, Block XV, Sections 3, 2, and part 1, Block XVI, Motu Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundaries of Sections 1 and 6, Block XVI, Motu Survey District (McAllan’s homestead); being a distance of 2 miles 70 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41614, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
