District, Matamata County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of
the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and of the Matamata County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Tapapa Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of
the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and of the Hobson County Council, being the local autho-
rity in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim
as a road the land in Maungaru Survey District described
in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
1 rood 13·3 perches.

Portion of Lot 1 of Section 38 on D.P. 11126, being part of
Kaihu No. 2B Block, Block IX, Maungaru Survey Dis-
trict. (S.O. 19276.)

Stopping a Government Road in Block II, Mount Fyffe
Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred
and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it
is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly
notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road
or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government road described in the
Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a
road:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act,
and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in
the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
2 acres 2 roods 32 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 52 and 58, Block II,
Mount Fyffe Survey District (Marlborough R.D.).

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42270,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
