RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

WHEREAS the Onerahi Town Board took steps to raise a
loan of £1,200 for forming and metalling roads in the

is necessary to raise a supplementary loan to complete the
roads construction:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act,
1913, the Onerahi Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—
“ That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of £115 (being a portion of 10 per cent. on
£1,160), authorized to be raised by the Onerahi Town Board,
under the above-mentioned Act, and more particularly
section 18 (2) thereof, for the purpose of completing the form-
ing and metalling of roads within the Onerahi Town District,
the said Onerahi Town Board hereby makes and levies a
special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound on the
rateable value (on basis of the unimproved value) of all rate-
able property within the Onerahi Town District; and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the
first day of September in each and every year during the
currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until
the loan is fully paid off.”
