SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Marakopa River to Mahoenui Road,
situated in the Auckland Land District, commencing at
Mangaohe Bridge on the eastern boundary of Section 1,
Block II, Maungamangero Survey District, and proceeding
thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing
through portion of the said Section 1, Section 3, Block II,
Sections 2, 1, 15, 5, 18, 17, 16, 8, and 3, Block VI, Maunga-
mangero Survey District, and terminating at its junction
with Mangaotaki Road at Ruapeka; being a distance of
7 miles 28 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
40187, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Turoto Road, in the Ohura County,
to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of
June, 1916.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Turoto Road, in the Taranaki Land
District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the
Tokirima Road, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly
direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 8,
(scenery reserve), 9, 6, 3, 2, and 1 (school-site), Block XIV,
Ohura Survey District, to a point opposite the north-western
corner of the said Section 1 (school-site); being a distance of
2 miles 30 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road
s more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
40228, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured red.

to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of the Mangapehi Road, in the Taranaki
Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction
with the Te Kuiti–Awakino Road, and proceeding thence in
a southerly direction generally across the Mokau River, and
through Sections BB and AA, Block II, Totoro Survey District,
to its junction with the Tuhua Road; being a distance of
1 mile 10 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
40227, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured red.

be a Government Road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a Govern-
ment road: 39 acres.
Adjoining or passing through Section 3, Block VII, Ngatapa
Survey District (Poverty Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40226,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured green.

to be Government Roads.

by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the

with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become Govern-
ment roads.

APPROXIMATE areas of the portions of road declared Govern-
ment roads: 3 acres 2 roods 7 perches and 1 rood 1·9
perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land, Block III, Crom-
well District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40220.
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured neutral tint.
