REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutuwhirau 1G 1H is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa on Saturday, the 10th day of June, 1916, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Tutuwhinau 1G 1H Block be leased to Eru Whangapirita, of Tuparoa, for twenty-one years at a yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the present Government valuation, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paokahu No. 3c Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Monday, the 5th day of June, 1916, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Paokahu No. 3c Block be sold to George Greer Shierlaw, of Gisborne, farmer, at Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hereheretau B No. 2 is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Saturday, the 17th day of June, 1916, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease part, containing 531 acres, or thereabout, of the Hereheretau B No. 2 be given to James Thorpe, of Wairoa, civil engineer, for the term of forty-two years, computed from the 1st day of January, 1917, at a rental not less than 5 per centum of the present Government valuation of the said land.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tawapata South No. 4 is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Saturday, the 17th day of June, 1916, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of Tawapata South No. 4 be granted to Maata Kirikiri, Maraea Newa, and Ngawaitotoru, all of Mahia, aboriginal Natives, as tenants in common in equal shares, for a term of twenty-one years at the yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at the yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved Government valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2F 2A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Saturday, the 17th day of June, 1916, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Nuhaka 2F 2A Block be sold to Joseph Corkill, of Wairoa, ironmonger, for a sum equal to the present Government valuation of the said land, such value to be ascertained by a special valuation by the Government Valuer.”

“That the Tukurangi Block be sold to Seymour Lambert, of Frasertown, farmer, at a price of £3 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tokata No. 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tikitiki on Saturday, the 10th day of June, 1916, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Tokata No. 2 Block be leased to Hutana Karawhata and Wi Karawhata for the term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the capital value of the said land, with the right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the then capital value less the value of improvements effected by the lessee. If the lessee does not elect to take a renewal, then he to be entitled at end of term of twenty-one years to compensation for all substantial improvements of a permanent character effected by him.”
