Act, whether the same be granted or not; and in the case of any reserve made under the authority of section three hundred and twenty-one of the Land Act, 1908, if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to change the purpose for which such reserve was set apart to any other purpose, or if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to exchange any of the land comprised in such reserve for other land of equal value, to be dedicated to one or more of the purposes named in the said Class II, the Governor may, by notice gazetted, make such change, exchange, or dedication, as the case may be, and in such notice declare the manner and terms in which the same is intended to be so made:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, aforesaid, declare my intention to change the specific purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a site for a post-office and telegraph-station to a reserve for railway purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section 583, Town of Foxton. Bounded towards the north by Government reserve, 200 links; towards the east by Main Street, 125 links; towards the south by a closed street, 200 links; and towards the west by Government reserve, 125 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/3 (35), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

BENJAMIN LENORD KNIGHT
to be Trustees, in the place of Charles Philip Smith, William Joseph Woolston, and Thomas Ernest James Mincher, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Raurimu Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John McLennan and Frederick Rowland Lacon, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday, the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Town of Owango.—Kaitieke County.
Owhango is situated on the North Island Main Trunk Railway, 191 miles from Auckland and fifteen miles south of Taumarunui. The main road passes through the town, and Hikimutu, Kawatahi, and Oio No. 2 Roads converge upon it. The sections for the most part comprise flat land, a small portion being natural clearing. The remainder is covered with bush and scrub. The soil varies in quality from light pumice to sandy loam, partly on clay and partly on pumice subsoil.
