Limits of Upper Waihou Harbour.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

IN pursuance of the power and authority in me vested by the sixth section of the Harbours Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby define the limits of the Harbour of Upper Waihou, in the said Dominion, to be—
“All that part of the Waihou River extending downstream from the Shaftesbury Bridge to the southern boundary of the Thames Harbour District, together with portions of the tributaries Hikutaia Stream and Ohinemuri River. As the said area is delineated on the plan marked M.D. 4610, deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.”

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
