REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipaoa 5A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Waipaoa 5A Block be revested in the Native beneficiaries of the said land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kauhoura 4A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Kauhoura 4A Block be sold to Orton Cecil Taylor, of Frasertown, sheep-farmer, at Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kahotea East Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Kahotea East Block be leased to Waapu Ruawai for a term of twenty-one years, with right to renewal for further term of twenty-one years at yearly rental for first term equal to 5 per cent. of present valuation, and for renewal 5 per cent. of then unimproved valuation of the said land, or, in lieu of renewal, right to compensation for improvements effected up to £5 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hereheretau B 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Hereheretau B 2 Block be sold to Frederick William Peddle, excepting thereout that portion of block north of Te Iwi Creek crossing Wairoa—Nuhaka main road near the residence of Karena Rawhi, of Whakaki, or excepting thereout such portions as may be agreed upon at such meeting at not less than the Government capital valuation of same.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kopua A, B, C, D Blocks is summoned and will be held at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering an application for issue of grazing-rights over the Kopua A, B, C, D Blocks, or the portions of the blocks which are not in flax, to Michael Francis Bourke, of Wellington, merchant.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihoru No. 4 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 18th day of February, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a lease of the Waihoru No. 4 Block be granted to Charles Ernest Gibson, of Te Arai, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental equivalent to £5 per centum of the present Government valuation, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental of £5 per centum on the then Government valuation (unimproved).”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okahuatiu 1A 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 18th day of February, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a lease of Okahuatiu 1A 2 Block be given to Eria Raukura, of Ngatapa, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”
