Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Terengohengohe A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Land be sold to Mary Ashby for the sum of £12 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2r 2A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Nuhaka on Tuesday, the 15th day of February, 1916, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Board recommend the Governor to revoke the Order in Council declaring the land subject to Part XVI.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2B 2F is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 18th day of February, 1916, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Nuhaka 2B 2F Block be granted to Tiemi Wirihana, sheep-farmer, of Waingake, for twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation, with the right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the then Government unimproved valuation thereof, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tukurangi Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Frasertown on Wednesday, the 9th day of February, 1916, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Tukurangi Block be leased to Te O. Ruawai and Raiha Kopu, as tenants in common in equal shares, for twenty-one years, with right to a renewal at yearly rental for first term equal to 5 per cent. of present valuation, and for second term 5 per cent. of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or, in lieu of renewal, right to compensation for improvements up to a value of £5 an acre.”

“ That the Whakaki 2 Block be sold to Frederick William Peddle, of Gisborne, settler, at the Government valuation of the said land.”

“ That the Paraumu Block be sold to Margaret Mary Penty, the wife of Frederick Penty, of Ruakituri, sheep-farmer, at the price of £3 per acre.”

“ That the Hereheretau B 1 Block be sold to Frederick William Peddle, of Gisborne, at the present Government capital value of the said land.”

“ That the Okare Block be sold to Margaret Mary Penty, wife of Frederick Penty, of Ruakituri, sheep-farmer, at the price of £3 per acre.”

“ That the Mangapapa Block be sold to Duncan Cameron, of Ohuka, station-manager, for a sum equal to the present Government valuation of same, such value to be ascertained by a special valuation.”
