REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhero 3B No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Toa te Weunui for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 4s. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 8s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be sold to James Holden for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaingatakupu 2B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £140.”

“ That the land be sold to George Barclay for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the land be leased to Kahurangi Eru Kaka for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”
