Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A 12B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be sold to Richard Henry Olver for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to James Quinn for the sum of £3 per acre.
“ (3.) That the land be sold to Colin McDonald for the sum of £3 per acre.
“ (4.) That the land be leased to James Walter Thomson for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 3s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 7s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhunga No. 18 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—
“ (1.) That 3,000 acres be sold to Elizabeth Barker for the sum of 17s. 6d. per acre.
“ (2.) That 3,000 acres be sold to Caroline Gertrude Thomson for the sum of 17s. 6d. per acre.
“ (3.) That 2,000 acres be sold to Frederick Barker for the sum of 17s. 6d. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Alfred Henry Roe and Thomas Edwin Roe for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kakepuku 9B 8, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Ada Grace Potts for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kawiha E No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Haki Amopo for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. of the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 33B No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to F. O. R. Phillips for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 4s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata 4G 2D 2B 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1916, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to John Ormsby for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-five years and double the rent of first term during the remaining twenty-five years.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to John Ormsby for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Conway Grey Murphy for the sum of £8 per acre.”
