the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 36A No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 17th day of May, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Jessie Metcalfe for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 9d. per acre during the first twenty-five years and 1s. 6d. per acre during the next twenty-five years.”

“That the land be leased to Kenneth Livingstone for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 9d. per acre during the first twenty-five years and 1s. 6d. per acre during the remaining twenty-five years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukenui No. 2T will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 17th day of May, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“1. That 625 acres be sold to A. Cameron at a price to be arranged by arbitration. The Natives to appoint one arbitrator, the purchasers another, and the arbitration to be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1908.
“2. That the balance of the block not vested in the Borough of Te Kuiti be sold to James Cleland Hall Somerville at a similar price.”

“That the land be sold to Emily Parker, Richard Webb Jenkins, and Henry Lawson Jackson for the sum of £3 per acre.”

“That the land be sold to Alfred William Jones for the sum of £2 10s. per acre.”
