Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaingatakupu 2B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 15th day of May, 1916, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £140.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kakepuku 5C No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 15th day of May, 1916, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Thomas Kelly for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhero 3B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 15th day of May, 1916, at 11.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to F. O. R. Phillips for the sum of £3 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to A. J. McGovern for the sum of £4 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to William Eustace Langford for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Robert James Smith for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Frank Morley for the sum of £5 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to T. G. C. Howe for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 36A No. 20 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 17th day of May, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—
“ 1. That 3,000 acres be leased to Lucy Hargreaves for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 9d. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 1s. 6d. per acre during the next twenty-one years.
“ 2. That 2,000 acres be leased to Richard English on similar terms.
“ 3. That 2,500 acres be leased to Marion Walker on similar terms.
“ 4. That 3,000 acres be leased to Stanley King Walker on similar terms.”
