As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39140, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Tapuae Block Access Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of April, 1916.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Tapuae Block Access Road, in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at a point two miles and a half from its junction with the Arapae Road, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through part Sections 3 and 2, Block XIV, Orahiri Survey District, and terminating at a point about three chains from the north-western corner of the said Section 3 ; being a distance of seventy-two chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39939, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Mapara Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Mapara Road, in the Auckland and Taranaki Land Districts, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with the Te Kuiti-Awakino Road, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly, south-westerly, and then north-easterly direction generally, passing through Section 10 (stock reserve), Block X, Otanake Survey District, across the Mokau River, and adjoining or passing through Section 1, Block I, Karu-o-te-whenua part 1c No. 4 of Blocks I and IV, 5c, Blocks I, IV, and V, Sections 22, 12, 25 (school-site), C.L. Sections 19, part 18, and 20, Block IV, Totoro Survey District, and terminating at the most southerly corner of Section 6, Block V, Totoro Survey District ; being a distance of 5 miles 8 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
39947, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of the Auahi Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with the Kahuwera Road, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Section 8, Block IV, Totoro Survey District, to a point opposite the south-western corner of the said Section 8 ; being a distance of one mile, more or less.
Also all that portion of the Auahi Road, in the said land district and county, commencing at its junction with Kahuwera Road, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Section 1, Block III, Totoro Survey District, to a point opposite the south-western boundary of Section 1, Block IV, Totoro Survey District ; being a distance of seventy chains, more or less.
As the said portions of road are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39934, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Paro Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39138, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
