Declaring Portion of Nohonua Road, in the Waitomo County,
to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of April, 1916.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Ex-
cellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare
that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Nohonua Road, in the Taranaki Land
District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with
the Mapara Road, and proceeding thence in an easterly
direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections
5c, 5d Sec. 2, 5d 3b, Blocks I and V, Totoro Survey District,
Sec. 8 (school-site) and part Section 1 of Block V, Totoro
Survey District, to its junction with the Pukeiti Road; being
a distance of 1 mile 20 chains, more or less. As the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 39936, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial
District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Tuhua Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County
Road.

Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and

the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo
County, known as Tuhua Road, commencing at its junction
with the Tikikaru Road, and proceeding thence in a north-
westerly and north-easterly direction generally, adjoining or
passing through Maraetaua 5d and 4b Blocks, Block I, and
Sections 1 and 2, Block II, Totoro Survey District, to its
junction with the Mangapehi Road; being a distance of
2 miles 60 chains, more or less. As the said road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39938,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Retaruke Valley Road, in the
Kaitieke County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of April, 1916.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the por-
tion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road, in the Wellington Land District,
Kaitieke County, known as the Retaruke Valley Road, com-
mencing at the Taurimu Stream, and proceeding generally in
a south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sec-
tion 10 and part Section 6, Block XII, Retaruke Survey
District, and terminating at the Morinui Stream, being a
distance of seventy-eight chains, more or less. As the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 39916, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial
District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of Murumuru Road, in the Waimarino
County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of April, 1916.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the por-
tion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of road, in the Wellington Land District,
Waimarino County, known as Murumuru Road, commencing
at its junction with the Mangatiti East Road, thence pro-
ceeding in a south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or
passing through Sections part 4 and part 5, Block XII,
Whirinaki Survey District, and terminating at a point twenty
chains south-west of the boundary between the aforesaid
Sections 4 and 5, being a distance of 1 mile 6 chains, more or
less. As the said portion of road is more particularly deline-
ated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39924, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Kumara Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a
County Road.
