Declaring Portion of Mania Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of April, 1916.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Mania Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Wanganui River Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly and then south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 30, and 29 C.L., Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District, to its junction with the Wanganui River Road, being a distance of 71·5 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39890, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Mount Humphries Road, in the Stratford County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this third day of April, 1916.

The Right Honourable W. F. Massey, P.C., presiding in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, in the Stratford County, Taranaki Land District, known as Mount Humphries Road, commencing at its junction with Whaka Road, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally along the frontages of Section 3, Block I, and Sections 4 and 3, Block II, Taurakawa Survey District, and terminating at a point near the north-western corner of Section 2, Block II aforesaid, being a distance of ninety-three chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39874, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of the Wanganui River Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Kururau Road, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally through part of Section 2E (Native land), along the south-western boundary of Section 7, thence along the right bank of the Wanganui River, and between Section 5 on the one side and Sections 18 and 19 on the other (all in Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District), to its junction with the Mania Road, being a distance of 73·25 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39891, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of the Mapara Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at a point opposite the western boundary of Section 3, Block VIII, Mapara Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 5, Block III, Mapara Survey District, to its junction with the Kurakura Road, being a distance of 1 mile 33 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39896, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
