Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Mangateka Road, in the Taranaki
Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction
with the Mokauiti Road, and proceeding thence in a south-
easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through
Sections 1, 3, 26, 27, and 29 to a point opposite the north-
eastern corner of Section 38 (school-site), Block I, Tangitu
Survey District, being a distance of 2 miles 30 chains, more
or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39894, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Kurakura Road, in the Waitomo County,
to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of
April, 1916.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
an anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Kurakura Road, in the Taranaki
Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction
with the Mangaiti Road, and proceeding thence in a northerly
direction through part of Section 72B 1B, thence in an easterly
direction adjoining or passing through Sections 9 and 10,
thence in a northerly direction along the eastern boundary
of Section 10 and part Section 12, Block VII, Mapara Survey
District, to its junction with Kopaki Road, being a distance
of 3 miles 60 chains, more or less. As the said portion of
road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 39897, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District,
and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Maungaroa Road, in the Kaitieke County,
to be a County Road.

by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road, in the Wellington Land District,
Kaitieke County, known as the Maungaroa Road, commencing
at its junction with the Retaruke Valley Road, and proceeding
generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through
Section 6, Block XII, Retaruke Survey District, Sections 2
and 3, Block XVI, Retaruke Survey District, and terminating
at the boundary between Sections 3 and 4, Block XVI afore-
said, being a distance of 3 miles 18 chains, more or less. As
the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 39913, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of Lower Waitotara Valley Road, in the
Patea County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day
of April, 1916.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
an anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road, in the Wellington Land District,
Patea County, known as Lower Waitotara Valley Road,
commencing at its junction with the Waitotara Road, and
proceeding generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining
or passing through Sections 12, 14, 17, 10 (scenic reserve),
and part Rangitatau No. 3, Block I, Nukumaru Survey Dis-
trict, and terminating at a point twenty chains north of the
Otawheta Stream, being a distance of 2 miles 17 chains,
more or less. As the said portion of the road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39907,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured blue.

Declaring Ohirea Block Access Road, in the Waitomo County,
to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day
of April, 1916.

by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the

the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county

ALL that portion of the Ohirea Block Access Road, in the
Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at
its junction with Ellis Road, and proceeding thence in a
northerly direction through Section 79B, Block X, Mapara
Survey District, to the southern boundary of Section 4,
Block X, Mapara Survey District, being a distance of seventeen
chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39892, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
