Oero Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through the said Section 4, and terminating at a point on the northern boundary of the said Section 4, being a distance of fifty-eight chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39841, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this third day of April, 1916.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared a Government road :—
14 acres 2 roods, adjoining or passing through R.S. 30100, Blocks IX and XIII.
3 roods 16 perches, adjoining or passing through part R.S. 30100, Block XIII.
Situated in Coleridge Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33552, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block XVI, Maketu Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of April, 1916.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

Extending Time for closing Polls, Manurewa Town District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of April, 1916.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act, 1913, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the hour at which all polls to be held and taken in the Manurewa Town District shall close to seven o’clock in the afternoon of the day appointed.
