IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, in the Wellington Land District, Waitotara County, known as Taunoka Road, commencing at the steamer-landing on the Wanganui River, and proceeding in a north-westerly and then south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through a portion of Otauwira Scenic Reserve, Block I, Tauakira Survey District, Section C, Block II, Taumatamahoe Survey District, and terminating at the western boundary of the said Section C, being a distance of 1 mile 70 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39820, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that portion of Kaiparoro Road, in the Wellington Land District, Mauriceville County, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 34, Block XIV, Tararua Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through the said Section 34, and terminating at the boundary between the said Section 34 and Section 2, Block XIII, Tararua Survey District, being a distance of twenty-four chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39840, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of the Mokau Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing from the Puketutu Railway-station, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Rangitoto-Tuhua part 68c, 68r Subdivision 2, 68r Subdivision 1, Block II, Rangitoto-Tuhua 68r, Sections 3 and 2, Block I, Mapara Survey District, to the north-western corner of the said Section 2, Block I, Mapara Survey District, being a distance of 3 miles 25 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39893, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39895, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
