SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Marae Road in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with the Mangapohue Road and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through S.G.R. 26 (6) and part of Section 2, Block XVI, Kawhia South Survey District, and terminating at a point in the said Section 2 about 1 mile 43 chains from the point of commencement. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39594, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Huiarua Block Road, in the Waikohu County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-second day of February, 1916.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Huiarua Block Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Waikohu County, commencing at its junction with the Waipaoa River and Wairangiora Stream, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through portion of Waipaoa No. 2 Block, Block IX, Tutamoe Survey District, and terminating at the south-western boundary of Section 1 of Huiarua Block, Block IX, Tutamoe Survey District, being a distance of 3 miles 40 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39566, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon shown by a dotted red line, and marked A B.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated in the plan marked P.W.D. 39577, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block XXI, Blackstone District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-second day of February, 1916.

Declaring Roads in Block XII, Pakiri Survey District, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this first day of March, 1916.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.
