by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Apiti-Norsewood Road, in the Wellington
Land District, Pohangina County, commencing at the north-
eastern corner of Section 7, Block X, Umutoi Survey District,
and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally
for a distance of 32 chains, more or less, adjoining or passing
through Sections 30 and part 29, Block X, Umutoi Survey
District. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39311, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Otai matua Railway-station Road, in the Tauranga
County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of
January, 1916.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Declaring Portion of the Ohura Main Road, in the Ohura
County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fourth day
of January, 1916.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Ohura main road, in the Taranaki
Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction
with the Te Kuiti-Taumarunui Road, and running in a
north-westerly and then south-westerly direction generally,
adjoining or passing through Section 77E 3A, Block XII,
part 77E 3C, 3, and 4, Block IX, 2 and 1, Block XII, 2, 13, 6,
5, 4, 3, 10, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District, to its junction
with the Otahu Road; being a distance of ten miles, more
or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39118, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IX, Christchurch Survey Districts, to be Government Roads.
