Providence Fund Amendment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that sections two to eighteen of the National Provident Fund Amendment Act, 1914 (relating to contributions by local authorities, employers, and friendly societies or branches, and to contributions by members of industrial unions and trade-unions), shall come into operation on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majestyβs Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fourth day of January, 1916.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Otoko Domain therein described: And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council of the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council of the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Boundaries of Borough of Pukekohe altered.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of January, 1916.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in pursuance of section fourteen of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913, petitions were presented to the Governor praying respectively that certain areas be excluded from the County of Franklin and included in the Borough of Pukekohe, and that certain areas be excluded from the said borough and included in the said county:
And whereas Commissions appointed under the said section held inquiries, and recommended certain alterations of the said areas:
And whereas it is deemed expedient to make the alterations of the boundaries of the said borough recommended by the said Commission:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the said Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, the areas described in the First Schedule hereto shall be included in, and the areas described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be excluded from, the said Borough of Pukekohe.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREAS INCLUDED IN THE BOROUGH OF PUKEKOHE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Allotment 14, Parish of Pukekohe; thence along the southern boundary of that allotment, 1000 links; thence along a right line being the southern production of a line parallel to the western boundary of the said Allotment 14 to the southern side of the road from Pukekohe to Bombay Settlement; thence along a right line to the northernmost corner of Allotment 24, along its north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries to its southernmost corner; and thence along a right line to the south-western corner of Allotment 14 aforesaid, the place of commencement.
Also all that area bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Allotment 9, Parish of Pukekohe; thence along the south-western boundary of that allotment to Lot 2 on plan No. 8466, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, along the northern boundary of that lot to the south-eastern boundary to the Borough of Pukekohe; thence along the south-eastern boundary of that borough to the place of commencement.
Also all that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Pukekohe by the north-eastern side of the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 47, Parish of Pukekohe; thence along the north-eastern side of that road to its intersection by a line running parallel to and 1,000 links south of the northern boundary of the said Allotment 47; thence along that line to the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Pukekohe; thence along that boundary to the place of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
AREAS EXCLUDED FROM THE BOROUGH OF PUKEKOHE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Allotment 14, Parish of Pukekohe, 1,000 links from its south-western corner; thence along a right line parallel to the western boundary of that allotment and Allotment 13 to and along the northern boundary of that allotment to its north-western corner; thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 297 of Suburban Section 2, along the southern boundary of that allotment, across a road, along part of the eastern and along the northern boundary of Allotment 113 to its north-western corner; and thence along part of the northern and eastern boundaries of the Borough of Pukekohe to the place of commencement.
Also all that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Pukekohe with the northern boundary of Lot 2 on plan No. 8466, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along the south-eastern boundary of the said borough to the road forming the south-western
