acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the road declared a county road: 1 acre 2 roods 20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 35, Block XII, Waipu Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41298, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Tauranga Road, in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of November, 1916.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Tauranga Road, situated in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at its junction with the Waioeka River main road, on the south-west boundary of Section 3, Block VII, Waioeka Survey District, and extending thence generally in a westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Tahora 2B 2 and Section 7, Block VII, Waioeka Survey District, and terminating at a point on the southern boundary of said Section 7; being a distance of two miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41268, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Pongakawa Block Access Road, in the Tauranga County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that road known as Pongakawa Block Access Road, in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, commencing at its junction with the Paengaroa-Maketu Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction adjoining or passing through Paengaroa North and Waewaetutuki Blocks, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District, and terminating at the Kaikokopu Stream; being a distance of one mile and three-quarters, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41296, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of the Waihi Swamp Road, in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, commencing at the Kaikokopu Bridge at the end of Pongakawa Block Access Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction adjoining or passing through the southern portion of Pongakawa Block, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District, and Block II, Waihi South Survey District, to its junction with Bear’s Road at the western end of the Pongakawa Railway-station yard, being a distance of two miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Adjoining or passing through Sections W. 21, E. 21, S.W. 17, S.E. 17, and 2, Kaiaka Parish (S.O. 18238), Block IV, Takahue Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38818, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
