Lieutenant-Colonel the Honourable Robert Heaton Rhodes, T.D., M.P., Commanding the Canterbury Mounted Rifles Brigade, to be Colonel. Dated 27th September, 1916.
9TH (WELLINGTON EAST COAST) MOUNTED RIFLES.
2nd Lieutenant Roy Nathaniel Barton, from the 17th (Ruahine) Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant (supernumerary to establishment). Dated 24th August, 1916.
CORPS OF NEW ZEALAND ENGINEERS.
New Zealand Railway Battalions.
Company Sergeant-major Charles Lewis Blackburn to be 2nd Lieutenant (temp.), (North Island Battalion). Dated 23rd September, 1916.
Lieutenant (on probation) Frederick Leslie Stuart Ryan resigns his appointment. Dated 12th September, 1916.
5TH (WELLINGTON) REGIMENT.
2nd Lieutenant Harry George Roy Mackay from the 9th (Hawke's Bay) Regiment to be 2nd Lieutenant (supernumerary to establishment). Dated 6th September, 1916.
9TH (HAWKE'S BAY) REGIMENT.
The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) Harry George Roy Mackay is confirmed.
2nd Lieutenant Harry George Roy Mackay is transferred to the 5th (Wellington) Regiment. Dated 6th September 1916.
17TH (RUAHINE) REGIMENT.
2nd Lieutenant Roy Nathaniel Barton is transferred to the 9th (Wellington East Coast) Mounted Rifles. Dated 24th August, 1916.
NEW ZEALAND FORCES MOTOR SERVICE CORPS.
Motor-car Section.

Temporary Major Carrick Robertson, M.B., F.R.C.S., having completed his tour of duty, is struck off the strength of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force and New Zealand Medical Corps. Dated 3rd October, 1916.
Temporary Major Thomas Arthur MacGibbon, M.B., on relinquishing the command of No. 6 Mounted Field Ambulance, reverts to the rank of Captain.
