LIVERPOOL, Governor.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

Part II.—Name of Cemetery and Description of Land.
ORINI.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Hapuakohe Survey District, being Section 4, Rewi Settlement, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by a public road, 307·2 links and 300·3 links respectively; towards the south-east and south-west by Section 3 of the aforesaid Rewi Settlement, 300 links and 366·4 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/305, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland Plan No. 14343.)

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Dynes Fulton
to be a Trustee, in the place of James Bovill, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Tuakau Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John Poland, William Booker, Charles Drumgool, Frank Barker Dobson, Thomas William Lapwood, John Logan, and Herbert Oldham, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Amendment to Regulations for New Zealand Military Forces, 1913.—Collection and Disposal by Rifle Clubs of Empty Cartridge-cases.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on me by the Defence Act, 1909, and its amendments, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke paragraph six hundred and forty-one of the Regulations for the Military Forces of New Zealand,
made on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen; and I do hereby declare that such revocation shall have effect as from the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, in the presence of—

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
Bertram Allen Sargison,
being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Opapa, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
As witness my hand this third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
