for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserves or endowments:
And whereas the Land Board of the Hawke’s Bay Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the portion of the primary-education endowment described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as a site for public schools, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby set apart the portion of the primary-education endowment described in the Schedule hereto as a site for public schools.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 39·3 perches, more or less, being part Suburban Section 14, Town of Woodville. Bounded towards the north by Lots 7 and 8 of said Section 14, 237·5 links; towards the east by Lots 4, 5, and 6 of said Section 14, 589·1 links; towards the north by Lot 4 of said Section 14, 190·3 links; towards the east by Lot 3 of said Section 14, 274·2 links; towards the south by Vogel Street, 429·5 links; and towards the west by school-site (balance of said Section 14), 827·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/507, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
MATTHEW ROBERT SHAW
to be a Trustee, in the place of James Riddell, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Nuhaka North Public Cemetery, in conjunction James Austin, William Tait, Joshua James Whitehead, and Leonard Charles Allison, previously appointed.

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Taupo, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
