Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Akau D 6B 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata on Thursday, the 12th day of October, 1916, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £400.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangauika 1B 2, Section 2B, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 12th day of October, 1916, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the eastern portion of the block, containing 97 acres, be sold to William McCarthy for the sum of £2 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangape 57B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 12th day of October, 1916, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1,130.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngamoe No. 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manutahi (Cross Roads) on Friday, the 27th day of October, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Ngamoe No. 2 Block, or a portion thereof, be leased to Eva Temple Williams, of Tuparoa, spinster, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum per annum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at an annual rental equal to 5 per centum of the then unimproved Government valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements should the lease be not renewed.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Takamore Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manutahi (Cross Roads) on Friday, the 27th day of October, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Takamore Block be leased to Annie Humble Jobson, of Matawhero, spinster, for twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per cent. of the Government valuation of the said land, together with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiorongomai Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whareponga on Thursday, the 26th day of October, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Waiorongomai Block, containing 158 acres, be leased to Tuta Ngarimu, of Whareponga, farmer, for twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the Government valuation of the said land, together with a right to a renewal for a further twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”

“ That the Tutuwhinau No. 1B Block be leased to Tuta Ngarimu, of Whareponga, farmer, for twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the Government valuation of the said land, together with a right to a renewal for a further twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”
