REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiwaka 2B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Friday, the 13th day of October, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be sold to John Alexander for the sum of £3 per acre or the amount of the Government valuation, whichever be the higher.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiwaka C No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Friday, the 13th day of October, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land be sold to John Alexander for the sum of £2 15s. per acre or the amount of the Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”
