Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whareraurakau 5 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 17th day of August, 1915, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pipiwhakao 1c 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 13th day of August, 1915, at 11 o’clock in forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Pipiwhakao 1c 2 Block be sold to Eva Reynolds at not less than the present Government valuation of the same.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okahua’iu 1A 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 13th day of August, 1915, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of Okahua’iu 1A 2 Block be given to Eria Raukura, of Ngatapa, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangatuna 2B Block is summoned and will be held at Tolaga Bay on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of nominating Maori lessees for Mangatuna 2B Block, containing 42 acres 2 roods.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangaheia 1B 3A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tolaga Bay on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of Mangaheia 1B 3A Block be given to Frederick Taylor, of Tolaga Bay, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of not less than 5 per centum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”

“That Hauomatuku 9A Block be sold to Ernest Ferdinand Krause, of Te Karaka, farmer, for not less than the Government official valuation of the said land.”
